Which characters ( Marvel and DC) are capable of destroying entire planets? I've been wondering this for a long time and so if you guys could give me some input into WHO could do it and HOW they would accomplish the feat..thanks!

anyone on a silver surfer level and above.

Well, technically speaking, even the weaker bricks can destroy entire planets.....given enough time

Cosmic powered beings.
All GL.
Mutants controls over EM field.
Some Alpha and Omega level mutants.

not only can the Living Tribunal destory planets, but it can destroy the entire universe with a thought if he sees fit.....and you cant 4 get about galactus, he destroys a planet every time he feeds, but even his power is inferior to the living tribunals!
