These are the ways they can destroy/takeover/remake a Universe:


Magic
(who can wreck the universe by mystical/sorcery/anything along those lines)

Telekinesis
(through sheer force of will, this would be like a matter manipulator)

Technology
(by human level to metahuman with prep)

Cosmic energy
(beings that contain just raw energy that can be used for a variety of effects)

Physically
(with brute strength)

Artifact/Weapon/Device
(there are several in dc & marvel)

Mordru or Mr Myxylplyx( Magic), Molecule Man( for TK), Lord of Time( for tech), Phoenix Force or Parralax( for Cosmic Energy),The Daxamites as a race, The White Martians, The Asgardians, THe Shiar, ( for sheer brute strength and power), IG,Spear of Destiny, Anti-life Equation, for Weapons.
