He wasn't Twi'lek.

Ben Burt and John Knoll, I can't find pictures but Burt played the Imperial Officer who falls over the banester in the Endor Shield Generator...Knoll can be seen a few times in the Tatooine Bar in Episode II

But, seriously I think that Knoll and Burt would win, because both their characters are younger than the old frail Kershner and Lucas' character is abit on the podgy size...
