I doubt that planet weighed as much as a city block.

Didn't Aqua man lift the city block underwater? Cause if so things weigh less underwater. Also if it was underwater he could have just pushed it up. Not to deny that Aqua is not in the class 100, but hes no where near Gladiator in strength.
