How do you know yor actually alive?

Even with Death, there is no way to know

If I wasn't alive I wouldn't be able to question whether I was alive or not...

What is your definition, of 'alive' ?

I agree, we can absolutely not be sure. And you know when it gets even weirder, if you take into account that Religions might be true. Maybe we are long dead and now in heaven or hell or something still thinking we were alive. Or we are just a program experiencing itself while running. Or...or...or. A lot of things and we can never be sure.

But it is true though, how can we be sure? I mean I seem to think that I am alive, but is that alone proof enough? I don't think so.
