not really....How does Vision become intangible? if he still has molecules around him (which he must to be able to still see him) Flash could simply create a tornado around him and just throw him away. Or in the first picosecond hit him a billion times before he can react.

Flash wins. Last time I checked, Vision had to consciously become intangible.

Vison's dead before he knows it.

Flash treats him worse than She-Hulk did.

A tornado wouldn't work on him while he's intangible. Stealing his speed would do just fine. Or simply attacking him before he goes intangible.
