Venom has a GL ring, and carnage has the power cosmic, who would win?

Hmmm... depends on how Cosmic-ey... Venom is more of a brawler so power cosmic would have been more suited to him, Carnage loves using his "powers" more, so Cosmic suits him fine. I say he wins.

Silver Surfer Cosmic-ey.

Carnage by a mile. I doubt Venom thinks all that creatively with a GL ring.

Some heralds are pure dumbasses with the power cosmic.

BUT give both powers to some one who could potentially be dangerous with them like lets say, Dr. Doom. I think Doom would be more of a threat with the power cosmic than with a green lantern ring.

I think that full potential power cosmic > A full potential lantern ring.

Brock is very intelligent.

Carnage is practically Venom but better in everything except intelligence.

Eddie Brock is smarter. I'm not saying he is in the level like Dr.Doom, Tony Stark or Reed Richards, but he is deffinitely not DUMB like some people on these boards seem to think. Brock was a well respected investigative journalist in the Bugle which makes him a decent deductive thinker, and he is half the reason that Spider-Man's team in Maximum Carnage won out in the end without any heavy hitters. He is also quite good at setting traps, he surprised Spidey more than once (Amazing Spider-Man #346, for example).

But on the main subject, Carnage with cosmic powers wins.
