Kay, the Spidey section is really slow moving. Maybe it's because it's summer or we're really bored or whatever... So why not pick up the mood and the speed of things by having the third ever Spidey sig contes. New rules.
1. We have 3 judges.
A)Doc Ock... (Very...er, excuse the pun, judgemental. {in the good way ]
B) Paola if she wants.
And Digi Mark. I know he'll love to do this.


Contestants post their entries and the contest goes through out the 13th to the 19th. I of course will be entering and hopefully my old friend ES will be here. Enjoy guys.



BTW: 2 more things...

Sigs must contain at leat one Pic of Spidey hand draw or other wise. And if you want to put your sig entrie in early like now, feel free. JUDGING begins the 13th.

I'm afraid there's a sig forum around somewhere where ppl have contests and duels and stuff... but I have no problem on being the judge

I personally don't like that rule you give someone a render and then it's your sig?Then other sig makers such as myself have to find several renders or at least one and then create a background and blend and do other tasks.The whole you have to be specific thing it says in the rules not to give them guidelines so Amity makes him a sig with a spiderman render and it's gold but it was in fact Amity's decision of what it would look like and all the other gave was a render that's not the best rule imo but you're the creator of the thread so you decide what's fair

If we made a poll the people who made sigs could vote for their own and it would be hard to keep track with tallying through PM's in a thread people chat so it would be impossible to tally in a thread as well Thus we have judges

-eddie brock left hand corner
-monochrome in lense, spiderman in colour to emphasize eddie brock's focus on spiderman in lense
-txt element 'spiderman will pay'
-symbiote spiderman to show a change in the spiderman suit that will lead to the creation of Venom

those few points are just the messages to describe that the pictures and editing in the sig have some meaning and depth.

Its all about effort as well as creativity. You lost on half that score. Nothing personal, despite what paranoid delusions you might be thinking.

... Ok.. I think I made my point about your brain not being able to take something simple and analyzing it into the subject at hand..

I suppose you don't know that Spider-man himself is the 4th villain..? Or that the Back symbiote gets on him? Or that Evil spreads... on him? I mean it all connects...

Maybe a few more of those connect the dot coloring books for ya.. then take another whack at my sig..

but here's how i rate it

your sig is average, its nothing special, certainly not near 9.5/10. I dont wnt to sound harsh or, uncalled for, but There's no beauty in your sig, and there's nothing that makes me say "oh, that looks really good and/or hard to make". On the other hand you can have a sig that is simply a picture or so, but there's nothing really special to be admired there. there's certainly no originality in the presentation of your sig, the placement is simply fill in the blank spots. thats why i say it reflects your sig accurately.

your sig is average, its nothing special, certainly not near 9.5/10. Your speaking all of this to HS6 now .. not to me.. I didnt make it.. he did.. and I think he did a fine job. My sig. will never change... Because I ABSOLUTELY love it.. oh and.. your opinion matters as much as a cow eating grass... ummm... 0..

but since your the person using the sig, it must mean something. Its like saying your shirt sucks, regardless of you having made the shirt yourself or buying it.

It's better than yours. I'd bet even H.S. would say so.

Your sig looks like nothing that couldn't be done in paint. If you like it, that's your Pancake. Just don't try to bring others down by saying yours is the greatest. I could whip up something just like it in a minute or two. If this sig Contest were in the hands of actual experienced Signature Makers, such as Lana, the Sig forum Mod, you'd be out of the running, no contest.

if you mean my current one right now. oh its not that hard to make lol.

Simply find a picture worth admiring. and crop some of the other ones, and lay it on top of a background pic, to resemble a comicbook page. Ive never seen anyone else do this so, it might just be unique. i have a sig gallery if you want to check out the rest some take a lot of time and effort while others can be slapped together.
