Didn't they fight once and spider-man was kicking supes ass cause Luthor had shot spidey with some red sun solar gun. Then it wore and at the end spidey shook hands with supes and supes accidently disslocated spider-man's finger's.

Spidey would kick Supes ass...then Supes would clench his butt muscles and rip his leg off.
