Phoenix can only use telepathy.

Who manages to attack first?

Spite thread.
In the pyslocke/Emma vs Storm threads you continuaslly say they think faster and instant shut down her brain or some crap like that.

gtfo

ExodusCloak
That is true, but if you read the thread will see that they're are two people saying that Storm production of lightning is faster then Emma's brain shutdown.

xmarksthespot
Not a fight. Phoenix obviously wins that, but:

Theres no way to measure, at all.

Untrue, telepathy works at the speed of thought. Psionic Manipulation has thought + action.

What If...
How does telepathy also not work with a thought and then the action of thought?

Go see the Emma Frost vs Storm thread for the scans.

Beezy? Beasty?

Anyway there are enough feats of telepaths shutting people down with a mere thought.

When telepaths communicate with each other it's thought based. When telepaths shut peoples minds down it's thought based.(Esme and Emma).
When telepaths Psi-Blast people it's thought based(Cassie, Emma, Xavier). Psionic Electricity is thought based. When telepaths interfere with peoples minds it's thought based.(Behaviour Modification, Mind Control, Orgasms, Causing someone to wet their pants)

The action part of telepathy is part of it's thought.

Storm all the way 10/10 no make that 20/10

isn't a psi-blast an actual blast of psionic energy. when emma and storm first met...storm, colossus, and wolverine were all engulfed in a pink before they were taken out. so they nboth take time. it's a double KO

It was a Psi-Force-Bolt that Emma used to knock out the three and that works at the speed of thought as Emma does not need to generate energy, the energy is everywhere in the atmosphere unlike Storm who has to first think and then manipulate weather patterns to generate her attack which then has to connect with her opponent. A Psi -Force Bolt is more of a mind fry. Emma thinks and they get fried by the ambient psionic energy in the atmosphere, the attack does not need to be generated. The same goes for the Phoenix's psychic lightning.
A Psi-Blast is a little different, Exodus used this to pin-point and knock out Rogue from miles away. The fact that he knocked her out as soon as he realized that she was in Genosha proofs that it also works at the speed of thought.

Plus why would they resort to that kind of attack when the quickest way to bring an opponent down(Without resistance) is to shut down their brain with a thought.

Wow...just...wow laughing

No omega mutant is going to lose to any mutant below omega no

Omega Mutants are nearly impossible to kill

What If...
The question was who attacks first, not who wins, and Phoenix doesn't have all of her abilites.

If you honestly thought it was PF vs. Storm....your VERY stupid.

Hey, I've seen stupider match-ups.
