ok the beyonder has transported these two into a cosmic pocket about 1 mile long and 100yrds high, so that they cant hurl one another into space, or trap the other one in another dimension, they are confined in this place until the fight is over, also the beyonder has removed surfers speed to that of juggs so that this will be a true fight where speed is not really an issue........remember surfer still has all of his abilities of the power cosmic except for his speed making him nearly indestructible, but also rememer that classic juggernaut can lift well over 100 tons, has a total resistance to physical injury due to his mystic spell of invulnerability; an impenetrable force field that he could summon at will and unlimited stamina. His spell also granted him unbreakable skin, therefore making his forcefield an added protection in case he did not wish for a certain attack to touch his physical body. he did not need to eat, breathe, or drink fluids. could surfers power cosmic match up to this? i think juggs would pulverize him, what do u think?

Without his speed, the Surfer would get knocked around a bit, then analyze Cytorrak's enchantments with the PC (Surfer can analyze Odinpower, he can analyze Cytorrak's energies). Jugg's helmet comes off and Surfer forces him to KO with Telepathy, as Surfer did against Classic Abomination.

Surfer wins against Classic Juggernaut 9/10. Surfer takes 10/10 against the current, sorta-unstoppable Juggernaut.

Surfer takes this easily, he has so many ways to win Juggs.
