Urizen is ALSO indestructable, and he does not need to feed on souls for survival, only to appease his appetite for oblivion.

Does that mean you believe Urizen wins?

AD has a chance

On a normal circumstance, the Destroyer would pulverize Urizen. But since Thor is running the show and has the greatest ability to screw up, I have to say Urizen for quite and easy victory IMHO.
