Almost Died.

Work Experience

I’m doing work experience right now (for construction), I’m working with my local council with an other mate.

On Tuesday we were laying Ag-line (it’s a plastic pipe to connect the rainwater into the drain). My mate and I were in the caravan finishing lunch, the rest of them left before us, we were about to leave the caravan when we heard the crane hit something and air started gushing out, we stepped out and I almost threw up….. it was the gas main. The crane went right through it, thank god none them were smoking (all them smoke) or I would have died along with 8 more people.

Then the police, the fire department and the emergency gas repairs showed up and it was brought under control pretty fast.
