Its basically a mixture of Fantasy + First person shooter with RPG elements, set in the Might and Magic universe (which has been given a (artistically speaking) darker look)

I'm really looking forward to this, because it feels like they got both combat and immersion done the right way, while still maintaining that mystique of fantasy through the environments / artwork

plus its going to be multiplayer >_<!
