How much would it cost to get a decent punching bag? And where could I get one?

What are you talking about man? If someone can't hit a punchingbag bare-fisted then how do you expect them to defend themselves in a real life situation? If I had a FireWire port on my computer I would upload a video of myself punching my bag just to prove to you that it is indeed possible to hit a punchingbag without gloves on.

Same here though.. I just wanted to punch just anybody else when someone pisses me off too because I am so angry that I can't control my emotions.
