I would say Spidey is faster stronger but Backlash is more experienced and has telepathic abilities.

I remember the crossover with Ben Reilly...the art was awesome.

I have the scans of theyre fight, its quite cool seeing Spidey being owned LOL.

Id give it to backlash any version. Even before his Kherubim blood (a lord Kherubim blood to be exact) showed up. Mojo (psichokinetic actually), Super Healing, Mist transformation, Psychokinetic coils.
