Ok, and where is the thread about what the SR sequel's plot should be about? Or is there one yet?

I have a title. Superman Returns Again In A Sequel To A Piece Of S*** Movie.

Since they called the Batman Begins sequel Dark Knight why not call the superman returns sequel Man of Steel ?

I had thought Man Of Steel would be great for Returns, so am happy to let it get a go for this one...

I really like that Man of Steel idea. I think it would work.

And IF Doomsday is the villain, that would work as a title as well. "Superman: Doomsday." I could see it.

To be honest they should have done doomsday in the first film, i remember seeing friggen conceptual art of him. It could all be done in CG and STILL look good.

Alright, I can picture the poster. Non with folded arms looking down on Superman as he is passing each one of them slowly between Zod extending his hand as an offer and Ursa with that imposing look...all looking at S (visible) that seems worried head low.

I've found something I can use...just like The Covenan+ faceless shadows.

You can always make it "boring" but this is the comics and we're no longer back in the 80s.

It was wrong to place Non in the middle because he's the taller one. He's more of a bodyguard standing for orders and should be next to Zod...the center in charge...like an increasing chart from left to right.

yea yea, but this is the films, based on comics, they (hopefully) will not come back into the films, keep them dead.

brainiac and doomsday story will be awesome, to make things more interesting, brainiac finds out about Jason, and kidnaps him to make things worse while doomsday wreaks havoc in metropolis

Braniac kidnapping Jason...sounds a lot like SR! Keep them dead...if you said part 3 & 4 never happened, I would say part 1 & 2 never happened. Superman (2006) did never face Zod in the past. Again, they haven't mention them in this movie.

I can also think of the trailer. The news...S flies out of DP...Zod is dressed civilian and sees S above the city and among people he runs to switch and leaps away (S style) after S. S asking Ursa & Non and Zod arrives with the familiar line.

And and...sorry I'm a bit nervous...He was near the Daily Planet that day as planned reading a newspaper and drops it with anger in his eyes. do u follow? He doesn't know S=Clark but he knew the news are from the place.

Nah seriously, if the plot has to do with Doomsday or Brainiac as a part of Krypton, they should use something to reference that. Superman: Doomsday is too simple for my tastes. Just looks like an Alien vs Predator thing. I'd probably go with something a little more vicious to draw the crowds in that didn't show up for the last one due to lack of action.

I had a wonderful thought recently! I think Doomsday's origin could be from the kryptonite continent S pushed out to space. It is the only way this creature can do the same damage to him and created by Darkseid in sequel 5. Just my version. And the title for movie 6 should be Doomed Day...not creature's name. I have an open thread, not expecting replies in it but at least others can read it. We still don't know what the sequel will be about, regardless of my inquiries.

I have S Returns (unofficial) S II, S III, and S VI. All in a single sleeve. My plan is to replace each one according to the new releases. If next sequel is Zod then bye bye (1980) if not I should keep it with the hope. Honestly, I don't think it'll be proper to leave them for another sequel because this incident happened simultaneously.

Luthor creates Metallo in the place of Nuclear Man (sequel 4) with the same goals.

Should Lex Luthor die later on? S cannot klll him and the law is unable to control him. I suggest an accident that happens between 5 and 6.

How About Superman: Ultimate Ressurection

I want Doomsday for the last movie...hopefully the 6th. This beast has rock implants and I thought about creating him from the continent in space. The longer S keeps close to the creature the weaker he gets. It has to be the same long fight and they both get tired to death. D rips his cape and costume causing deep internal damage and scars but S waits to the end to deliver the final blow that cracks his face in two sinking the beast deeper into the ground. Some of the small rocks have perforated his bloody hands. Lois rushed to him as he collapses.

He's still back!
