I don't know why everyone on this fourm has such a bug up their ass about the Phoenix. marvel decided to make her more powerfull. It's their character, get over it.

Its just a fictional character out of a comic book, stop obessesing over it and trying to argue that every character in comicdom can beat it (it's this kind of obsession that makes people see us as geeks and fanboys)

Phoenix is a very hard character to argue. due to the fact that marvel hasnt been very clear on the extent of her powers.

Why not pick characters that are better defined and less powered? Its easier that way to determine who would win.

And one other thing as a side note, stop asking people to put up scans for you:

1) Not everyone has a scanner.
2) Get off your lazy most likely fat ass and read the issues themselves, if you have to ask for a scan then you obviously know nothing abotu the subject matter at hand.

also stop using internet webpages are your primary source material, READ THE COMICS!!

Wolverine beats Phoenix's ass anyday. Just like the movies That must mean Wolverine is Omega-level.

LOL thank you for proving my point, you base your facts on the movies which 90% of fans agree is poorly done. Did you read Phoenix: Endsong? no of course not, that woudl require the time to actually research your facts. he stabbed her repeatedly and it did nothing.

no Im not actually, im an x-men fan all around yes, but thats not the point.

The point is people seem to hate this character and try to prove that everyone in the comic universe can beat it. And they dont even use comic issues to do it, they read second hand info off the net and then when someone proves them wrong using actual issues they ask for scans cause they are too lazy or too stupid to go and pick up the issues and read them. Its indemic of how our society works, people make half assed opinions and expect others to do the work of finding real facts for them.

RANT ALERT! RANT ALERT!

People don't hate Phoenix. They just don't like the fact that her entire 30 plus years of history was retconned and the entire Marvel cosmic hierachy was suddenly blown to pieces.

Oh and the fact that she won't stay dead.

Yes. And this will be closed and Bastion will likely be warned.

Wolverine would pwn PHoenix....his claws are unstoppable....it can pierce thru anything...they hurt thanos and made him bleed....PHoenix is nothing compared to the power of Wolverine.....his healing factor....is greater than....TOAA's....his claws are 3x the power of Infinity Gauntlet. Wolverine pwns PHoenix's cosmic ass. Let's not forget he got in a 6-day consecutive fight with Gladiator and took a nuclear missile...he wins...

I dont get why people hate on phoenix when in half of the posts on this forum has "Pre-retcon Beyonder! Pre-retcon Beyonder! HURRRR".

Co-signed with the scans stuff. Seeing scans online is a privelege, not a right. No one should just be hunting for scans so that they don't have to buy stuff.

But Pheonix is just a hot-button character here on KMC....but no more controversial than lots of others (Wolverin, Batgod, etc.). Most sentiment about pheonix is thus very polarized (either love or hate).

So anyway, I agree with some of this, but closing.
