Beak, a student from New X-men in Grant Morrison's run. He was an excellent character, but as useless as one can be.

Just about any of the new characters that were created for the Marvel Annuals in 1993. Raptor, Lazarus, Blood Wraith etc. How many of them every made it into another issue? (Okay, Blood Wraith made it into Avengers Unplugged, bit that barely counts...)
