ok for any1 that dosent know about black flash, he is a personifacation of death that is used to bring death to those that are connected to the speed force (such as flash/wally), he also possesses some reality manipulation capabilities such as the ability to stop time...... the runner is an immortal elder of the universe and gains his speed from the everlasting power primordeal........... who would win in a race? my guess is black flash, what do u think?

the runner is beyond death. (meaning that death holds absolutly no power over him) . runner wins. transwarp speed and all that.

speed is speed, and the runner has shown the ability to supass linear speed. meaning an almost instant teleportation like velosity(sp?) even across the whole galixy .

Black Flash, Wally had to achieve ultimate speed... step outside of reality and run down the timeline until the very idea Death no longer existed. Then he ran up the strands of creation.

3.This Flash is much,much faster that being said he might catch him IF he gets LUCKY but otherwise no

Black Flash, I guess. Its a weird character to judge in fights like this but it seemed impossible to harm physically and its speed seemed limitless. Unless Runner has time travel powers and does the same thing Wally did, I don't see how he can win.

Flash is one of Dc main characters Runner isn't even close so yes he has more feats but they really don't prove anything Runner's feat showed he couldn't do but sure whatever as I said not in the mood to be the underdog

Black Flash should be faster than the Runner for the same reason Flash should be faster than the Silver Surfer...

Flash (any version) is an avatar of speed, an embodiment of the speedforce. By definition, this means he can potentially be the fastest thing there is, literally as fast as fast can be. Potentially.

Black Flash is so fast he can catch other Flashes? Black Flash is higher up on the speedforce continuum. I don't know if that is enough to catch the Runner. But the Runner is not the essence of speed (AFAIK).

Fur-shurr, just like Flash and Surfer. My point is that, while Flash can be described as the embodiment of speed, the Runner is an embodiment of a more generalized power which enables speed, but it is not Pure Speed, like the Speedforce.

Last I remember, Runner or the other Elders weren't immortal, they just aged very slowly.

And Runner wasn't that fast, his gem folded time/space to make it look like he's that fast.

No, as per Thanos with some of the infinity gems, the Elders are not immortal. Just very long lived.

Black Flash is faster still. yes this is all true, black flash is faster even then flash, and BF possesses the ability to stop time if he chooses, did u see the scans posted by juntai? they were traveling millions of years in the future in seconds!
