Yes, she did some...questionable things with her cousin called Ultraman who's not connected to the Crime Syndicate on Kandor.

I collected the Crisis tie ins for her, when she fought Lex and stuff... but after that, I could care less. She'll have a lot of nice feats being kryptonian sure, but would you want to follow such a horrible story to get to them?

I've never considered Emma a whore...she's always appeared to me as an extremely intelligent, cunning and beautiful women...with many dimensions to her personality....she was the Perfect Ice-Queen but her flip side is that she is also a mother-like figure...infact IMO she's a better mother figure then Jean Grey...

Also it's not as if Emma threw herself at people. She also had her telepathy...which also equalled and instant advantage over everyone..I can accept it if you say she used her assests, charm and powers to get to the top...but saying she whored her way to top? I don't buy that because she didn't.
Emmes...left he wealthy family in her teens...she started off with a little bit of cash about $400...she tried to do things honestly...but she found out that it was harder then she thought....so she used her powers to get by...for example she altered peoples perceptions acting like she's paying for stuff...after that she met a boy...he had his own debt problems...so she helped him clear it by using her powers in a casino...there's more to the story however the thing to note here is that she was very loyal to her first boyfriend...he is killed by the loan shark..Emma gets revenge and moves on...she then goes to University changes her hair colour...and finds out she's a mutant...she observes how cruel and how corrupt humans are...and starts to hate them...she eventually befriended another mutant called Astrid Bloomwho also happens to be a telepath...who taught her new tricks...and started questioning morality.... Astrid builds the foundation for the soon to be White Queen....as the story goes on..Emma takes out Astrid due to a minor complication....but to continue on (I'll condense this version of the story) after that Emma gets her Business, Psychology and Teaching Degree...she joins the Hellfire Club at the age of 18/19(According to Deadly Genesis) and becomes a dancer, she then uses her telepathy to excel through it's ranks...eventually becoming the White Queen and building her own Frost Enterprises...

So as you can see she never whored her way to top....she used her brain to get there....and that's what makes her such a powerful, deadly and respected female figure in marvel comics...

So as you can see she never whored her way to top....she used her brain to get there....and that's what makes her such a powerful and deadly female figure in the comics...

It's not as obscene as the OP makes it sound. She smoked and quit smoking the next panel because it was disgusting. There was no pole dancing. She made a business deal with Batman. She was mindcontrolled into being with Ultraman.

I'm not defending the book. It's bad but not THAT bad.

Emmes...left he wealthy family in her teens...she started off with a little bit of cash about $400...she tried to do things honestly...but she found out that it was harder then she thought....so she used her powers to get by...for example she altered peoples perceptions acting like she's paying for stuff...after that she met a boy...he had his own debt problems...so she helped him clear it by using her powers in a casino...there's more to the story however the thing to note here is that she was very loyal to her first boyfriend...he is killed by the loan shark..Emma gets revenge and moves on...she then goes to University changes her hair colour...and finds out she's a mutant...she observes how cruel and how corrupt humans are...and starts to hate them...she eventually befriended another mutant called Astrid Bloomwho also happens to be a telepath...who taught her new tricks...and started questioning morality.... I never meant to say she did, I should have used better wording in some of my posts and I'm not saying that you specificly consider or considered Emma a whore, but the general pulbic did consider her to be that for the way she dressed, and used her sexuality, espicially before she hooked up with Summers.

I can't speak for the general public...but IMO she never did anything in the comics that would suggest she's a whore...as for the clothes...they're Hellfire uniform...Emma couldn't change it so therefore she embraced it and used it to her own advantage...And as for exposure look at Betsy she went into battle with only a towel...would she be considered a whore? its emma's attitude as much as her clothing... ww and betsy are (to the neutral observer), nicer women than emma... at least thats imo... the 'whore' perception comes quite easily at times...

She did voluntaraly join the Hellfire club ...and eventually she stayed because she enjoyed taking peoples money...but her whole story started off with her needing to survive...

As for the uniform...it's Hellfire uniform...but as far as I know she had no qualms with it...but that doesn't make her a whore...she used it to gain mental advantage because she had this idea that most men were weak minded...so if Emma's considered a whore because she dressed that way, then Psylocke, Madelyne Pyor, Selene, Storm, WW should also be....they use their bodies as weapons too, they just don't say it...
