Um....dont think so bud, the Penance Stare didnt work on Venom so no easy win here

It's a fight to the death, and I don't thing the PS is leathal. Probably a draw since I don't think anyone on either team will be able to kill GR or Wendigo.

I think GR would have a better chance fighting Wendigo than Carnage seeing as how Wendigo is a cannibal. All the pain he caused others would be crippling for him leaving an opening 4 Man-Thing to finish him off

Carnage would burn up touching manthing...wendigo get's PSd then beating to death with a flaming chain...

Ghost Rider has used the penance stare on Wendigo in the past...and it did nothing and that wasn't even a fully consumed Wendigo.
