The most you can lose in a month is about 8 pounds healthily and with greater chance to keep it off.

The first 8 lbs you lose is water anyway, you can lose that in 3 days.

After that you should lose 2-4 lbs a week.

I lost 100 pounds in one month
took meds for an illness and stopped taking the meds and lost the weight
but in the process you get stretch marks

If you try hard enough its possible, cut ur calories, and eat friuts, and veggies, don't eat ne thing after 9 pm, also it wouldn't be a bad idea to go to the gym, and get a personal trainer wink

hmmm...... yea, i try to stay pretty fit, the only time i go to the gym is over the summer to take yoga classes, but this girl i know got a personal trainer, and had great results, however, a couple months later i learned she was busy jabbing her finger down her thraot after she ate ne thing erm
