Spiderman gets all his upgrades and could go invisible. Cap gets his shield, and the battle takes place in New York. The Venom is Brock and the Spider Woman is J.

Venom and Jessica against Cap, Cap loses.
Then both fight Spidey. Jessicas pheremons would not work because of
the costumes filter. If Peter doesnt have a sonic device or fire to put Venom down fast he will probably lose against Jessica and Brock.

Spidey and Cap take on Jessica. Spidey wouldnt be affected by the pheremons but may be Cap (if he has enough will power he can resist it, i guess) So both can surely put down Jessica.

So it comes Spidey and Cap versus Venom. Spideys power combined with Caps skills gives the two a win.

1on1 fights

Spidey vs Venom. Spidey takes it after a hard fight.

Cap vs Jessica, to be honest dont know, by logic I would say Jessica
she has powers and skills to beat Cap but on the other side it is Cap

Cap vs Venom, same like Spider-Woman, by logic Venom.

Spidey vs Spider-Woman, Spidey takes this fight, it will be tough but he wins.

I think Venom is the bigger threat in this one .Spidey/Cap could take out Spider womannear the start of the match, and after that they could focus on Venom.

Jessica is no pushover, she can be really badass.
But both teams have good chances to take a win.
