don't know if Shin Akuma can beat them, they are both powerfull but so is Shin Akuma.

hmmm... shin akuma may have a problem. they can make extremely powerful attacks... mewtwo could hold him with psychic, when rayquaza kills him with hyper beam... but akuma is smart and could find a way to win
