Come on the surfer alone has faced down mephisto before so wat is a demon junky like spawn gonna do. Surfer would just zap and send him back to hell before he knew wat happened. Also Darkness's powers are useless in light so wat good is he against someone who is more powerful than a thousand supernovas.Surfer could take both of them down by himself........The Fallen One is just a audience.
