even the organic one mags could just wrap a steel beam around him and pop him liek a ballon and the metal ones he just crumples into a ball

make his body a chair and sit on him

This depends on what equipment Brainiac is packing. Kinda hard to figure out since he doesn't have any fixed weaponry.

But yeah, most versions will get turned into a chair and get sat upon.

I'm only truly familiar with 3 braniacs...
Standard organic Braniac would probably be owned.
Braniac 13 would pwn Mags beyond belief.
DD Braniac would own Mags as well.

His current orgainic form mags just wrap metal around and crushes,

The other forms ARE metal therefore he beats them easily

How dare we claim a win for a DC character who reconstructed a planet with a thought or pulled Dr Doom type feats?

No its just that If its an organic Brainiac, Mags could kill him WITH metal in many very unplasent ways.

If its a metal version of Brainiac then its no contest at all.
