EVEN with out the OE, Darksied's physical Strength, speed and durability was able to stand up to a blast from Galactus. the magus is simply out classed.

Have to give this to Darkseid. I do prefer the Magus' character over Darkseid, but he's just not in DS's league.

With the Soul-gem and Omega-beam, Magus would have won.
He could kill Galactus with that thing if he just unlock some of its potential.

However Darkseid is much like Thanos, so he would take it.

Unless, of course, we are talking about Warlock's father, the Magus!

Hehe.

Then, I say Darkseid is finished.
