SBP has no physicaly exploitable weaknesses as the other post crisis versions of superman have, ala no weakness to magic, no weakness to kryptonite, and no weakness to red sun radiation (except for the one PIS time it affected him in IC#7 even though it contridicts everything before that in that field of conern)

This isn't even a fair fight. Out of all the demons N'Astirh is lame. If this was Mephisto or Etrigan then they would put up an even bigger challenge for SBP.
