What do you think the worst Comic Book film is. Don`t forget to vote.

Hulk if it's the newer one that's already being remade by Marvel. Hulk Angry, Hulk Smash, Not Run.

I think the worst Comic Book Film is Batman And Robin tied with Catwoman because as a huge Batman fan I felt that these two movies butchered the characters they were showing and made them into something they are not. Making Batman and Robin having nipples, neon Gotham City and Mr Freeze a stupid blubbering idiot. Don`t even get me started on Batgirl and Bane. Also Catwoman`s sins were bad costume, getting the ****ing origin messed up and even getting the name of the character incorrect.

Catwoman doesnt desrerve to be called a 'comic-book' movie. That movie vould only have had less to do with the original character if it was a guy running around in a leather costume calling himself Catwoman.

Catwoman easily. Shit movie from beginning to end, it was less of a comic book movie and more of a cliched chick-flick, and that CGI cat was the worst use of the technology of all time.

batman and robin; the cheesy constant one liner script...never saw catwoman.

I want to click every choice up above - except for Hulk.

Why isnt' Cptain America up there? Seriously Cap is my fav hero, but the film was actually the worst film I have ever seen let alone hero movie. Trust me try and rent it out and you'll see.

Why is Hulk even on this list? Though alot of people don't like it (myself NOT included) it's still not even remotely close to being as terrible as the others.

Elektra. It was the only movie i ever walked out of the theatre to. And it was a $9 ticket!

you must understand that it came out in the early 90's.

apart from that, from your list i'd choose elektra as the suckiest (i got no clue as to why hulk is up there), and for the sake of providing my opinion, here's my own list of worst movies to date:

> spiderman 2

I was smart enough to miss out on "Catwoman". "Batman and Robin" was aweful. I liked it as a kid when I had no idea who any of them was. But now, I see as a piling heap of crap. They ruined Bane completely. He has so far had no justice in media yet(closest was "The Batman", but I can't believe they made him into a red dinosaur). "Hulk" was fantastic in theters, but when I actually paid attention, it was an aweful. I was about to scream when I saw those irritating panels for the fifth time. Geez! The villains sucked big time. ABSORBING MAN? Why the hell would you choose absorbing man? For that matter, it wasn't even the right character. Plus, he even had the wrong darn name! Brian Banner, not David Banner! Poodles are bad enemies as well, though the fight with the dogs was pretty awesome.

So far, the worst movies mentioned aren't even listed, and it's sad because I think that some of them suck on the same level. Fury, Captain America, and Steel all sucked donkey balls.

Times have changed. The Matrix set a new standard in CGI and combat. i wonder which movie is gonna take it to a new level.

I quite liked it, I would not put in the category for worst comic book films.

Catwoman, though Elektra was pretty dire as well. Surprised Daredevil wasn't up there.

It was entertainig. I was very disapointed about Doom, though. Organic armor? What the hell?

Oh yeah, Steel was garbage. As was FF, so disappointing.

For those of you who said DareDevil was the worst, buy the directors cut and watch it. Its so much better than the theatrical version. I liked Fantastic Four, although i had 4 problems with it. 1) Length. 2) Sue Storm was so out of character. 3) Doom. His origin, his appearance and his voice. Everything about him. 4) The Final Battle was so crap.

i hated catwoman
u could never tell if she was good or bad i spent the whole movie trying to figure it out

There's no denying that Catwoman was bad, but I don't think it was bad enough to deserve being on this list. There have been far worse superhero movies imo.
Oh yeah, and I finally got to see Fantastic Four! While it wasn't the worst superhero movie, I thought it was pretty bad nonetheless. I hated the casting of Mr. Fantastic and Sue Storm and I thought Johnny was annoying instead of funny. And I was disappointed in the final fight.

I have to say that the Hulk and FF movies were not all that bad. They had their high and low points. But not the worst, I would definitely put Steel, Supergirl, Cap Amer, Superman VI and Batman & Robin all in a dumpster full of maggoty maggots and burn them all into obilivion!!

Superman:Quest for peace was old but had no logical script and was tryin to pay attention to a serious issue using the wrong way

DareDevil was alright, the Director's Cut is excellent and no where near the worst comic book film.

Out of the choices in this poll I picked Catwoman.

Elektra was the worst comic book film I ever saw, mainly because it was not only stupid, but also boring as hell.

Catwoman was so bad, I didn't even need to see it to know it was going to suck more than almost any other film ever.

"Elektra" sucked horribly, but "Steel" is the worst. Not even "Nick Fury" comes close.

Agreed. I actually enjoyed the Hulk. It was a complete 180 from the conventional comic-book adaptation. It had a lot of depth to it. You could almost relate to Banner. Only CBM with such depth is Daredevil (although I wasn't completely impressed with it).

I'd say either Catwoman or the original FF4 movie (1994) is the worst.

I have to say, X3 should've been on that list ahaed of Hulk... and Daredeil was OK, while the DC was awesome and my favourite CBM of all time IMHO...

I hated Matt Damon in Daredevil, but the reason I wouldn't add it to the WOAT pile is the villains. Colin Farrel as Bullseye was entertaining. And Michael Clarke Duncan, despite their changing the Kingpin's race to black and the bad script, was perfectly cast. He WAS the Kingpin. Perfect casting. Catwoman, looking at it as an action movie, and nothing to do with the catwoman mythos, is just an overblown B-movie. Not WOTA.


Nick Fury, pretty low on the scale. Easily one of the worst movies of all time. It's really too bad it's so low-brow, cause David Hasselhoff is surprisingly good. He actually makes a good Nick Fury. It could have been much better done.

I can believe the TMNT movie was listed. I thought they were great, still do. They did a much better job then it looks like they will be doing for the new CGI one.
