Horror Anthologies:

The Collected Ghost Stories of E. F. Benson--Benson lived from 1867-1940, so his stories are going to seem pretty dated. Still, good stuff. You can read one of his stories (I love reading stuff online for free) here..

Algernon Blackwood lived a while ago, too, but if you don't like "The Willows" you have no business reading horror. Read it online, and if you do like it, pick up any of his anthologies. Avoid his full length novels, and be aware that the John Silence stories are more supernatural investigation then "horror."

Then, if you feel so inclined, pick up "Books of Blood" by Clive Barker.

I've read Night Shift, but long ago. I think I liked "The Ledge."

Thanks for the info. I'm going to check those stories out. I've kind of gotten sick of horror, though. The last two short stories that I've written have been of a genre other than it.
