Nate Grey can do everything each of these guys can do and more. He can kill both of them in about 100 different ways. But Ill just say Nate Drags them both into the Astral Plane and destroys them.

From what we've seen, Nate would win. Mr. M wasn't around long enough to have any high end feats.
