Comic spidey beat Comic Juggy.

Spiderman eventually stops him. If Spiderman can take explosives to the face like he did, he could take some punches from Juggy. Plus, Spiderman's strength and webs might stop him.

He didn't exactly beat him, he just got lucky, really lucky. Movie Spidey has a better chance than his comic counterpart, since the strength gap between him and Juggernaut isn't as big in this fight.

Spidey could probably beat him using some tactical thinking and pretty much staying out of his way for a while.
