He SHOULD stay dead. I believe he's basically reached the maximum possibility for a relatively small-time villain. He can never top what he's done post- War Games so why try? It will just get ridiculous, but I liked him for the time. Great scenario after War Games. So refreshing after the repetitive plots that have been going on for years. 10/10. But that's it for Sionis. Let him stay dead.
