custody advice when married?

hi, i need some advice from some very smart people........ 😄 ....my husband and i split up about a month ago. when i told him i didnt wanna be with him no more, he got mad and took off to ohio with my 2 year old son who has down syndrome. well......im here in the lower part of kentucky, without my son, while he is living fine with his MOM in cincinnati ohio. hes got my son, we are married (still) but the lawyers say i cant get a divorce until im down here in kentucky for at least 6 months.....ive been down here 3 months so far.... 😕 ....anybody, somebody.....if u have any advice or places i can go for advice, please leave me a private message and tell me something..... 🙁 ....im am in the dark when it comes to this stuff....i just want my son back..... 🙁

Unless there's a lawyer somewhere around here *peeks around corner* I doubt you'll get any advice from us.

Why do people think KMC is the best place to get advice for stuff like this?

Considering your age, I doubt this is real. If it is, then go see a lawyer; you'll have to anyway.

lol....i know a lot of people was like, "WTF?" when i wrote about "custody advice when married"....i am 17, now, i did get married at 14 and i did have my son at 14....his name is Melvin, hes almost 3 now and he has Down Syndrome......i seen a lawyer, have been to court...im in the process of my divorce as we speak.....its just so damn expensive to get rid of someone...lol......THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOUR HELP....OR FOR ALL YOUR CRITISISM......
