Why do people on your ignore list continue to talk to you evn though you cannot see their messages even if they know that they've been ignored?

actually I dont think they do.

Hmm...Spooony does and I told her that I was going to ignore her a long long long time ago and did so and she's been on my ignore list ever sense but I saw her quote me through someone elses quote. Plus I think Vinny does too but I'm not certain on that one.

the best thing to do
is ignore them and hopefully they get the hint
sometimes that doesn't happen
then tell either raz or an mod

Because, for instance, I was the 2nd reply to LightningRod in his thread about his relationship and the post before me was a one worder and here comes Spooony. And then since I couldn't see her post, someone posted right after her and quoted her and that's how I knew.

They usually don't know that you've ignored them. To be quite honest they probably don't care. I doubt they'll lose any sleep over it.
