Yes, we know he's allowed, anything from the DCAU is allowed, since it's all comic-based anyway. Any comic character's animated counterpart is allowed, just to be clear.

shouldnt TAS brainiac be the same as Amazo? I mean hes been to hundreds of planets and absorbed their technology. At least one of those planets has to have been nano tech.

Nope, they are in no way the same. Brainiac downloads the knowledge and tech of different planets, Amazo copies the powers and abilities of different species. Brainiac actually tryed to put himself into a copy of Amazo while he was in Luthor's body, but Amanda Waller threw a wrench in that plan.

No what i mean is, since brainiac has visited all those planets and absorbed all that technology shoouldt he also be evolving?

every time he visits a new planet and gains access to new tech, he should upgrade himself.
