Adam Warlock vs. Dr. Fate (Hector)

Adam have access to the sould gem. - As we know Adam defeated Dr. Strange w/ access to his equipment, but how will he do against Fate?

Hector would get murdered. Kent would do better, but he would still fall.

Dr.Fate wins this.I don't see how Warlock's best weapon and option(Soul gem) is gonna work on Fate.

Where as Fate has too many options.
