Manchester Black is, simply put, on a whole different level from any of those characters.
Actually he is so high up that they are not even on the 10 levels below Manchester Black.

MB wins this.
Easily.
With a thought (literally).

Actually so easily that this wouldn't even be a fight. He would spend more energy taking a deep breath than this.

Think of it another way .....read up on how MB gave Superman a stroke (to have an idea of the extent of his telekinetic ability), and when it comes to his telepathy think of the sheer extent of the illusions he casts.

He'd either kill all the members of this team by simpyl stopping the flow of blood in their veins, or by splitting them asunder into several thousand pieces, or ripping their bones (and in Wolverine's case, adamantium) out of their bodies ....all using his telekinesis.
Or, if he decides to use telepathy, he could simply make them want to kill themselves and they'd all commit suicide. Or he could make them believe anything he wants them to believe.

To get Manchester Black ....take one part of Professor X, another part of Jean Gray, then amp the power levels, and after that make the character truly evil and malicious (and thus prone to using the power in truly ingenious, and malevolent, ways. Kind of how Super Skrull is more powerful than the F4, even though he has their powers, simply because being evil he doesn't hold back and is willing to kill).

Now, a simple equation
: Pro.X + Jean Gray + power amp + evil nature = Manchester Black.
