The insane Orochi hitman was part of a deal to by some weapons from some weapons dealer. Yamazaki discovers that the dealer not a man, but Kira, the Black Dragon operative.
Before Yamazaki could maul Kira, her backup arrives. Said backup is in the form of Kano, Kabal and Kobra. It's 4-on-1 and Yamazaki has his hands full with the Black Dragon.
