I'd say Anakin, but not by much.

Luke, look I doubt that Anakin would pwn Boba Fett like Luke did or defeat Vader, even if Vader wasn't trying to hurt Luke. I can't see Anakin pwning the speeder bike quite as easily as Luke did, either. And the stuff that SOTE Luke did (and ROTJ Luke > SOTE Luke) is pretty impressive. He takes Anakin, probably doesn't pwn him but wins comfortably.

Are you 100% sure? Luke is a tid bit clumsy.
And this is a battle of swordsmanship. Saying Luke could win means Luke from RotJ could last longer against Count Dooku than Anakin.

Im wondering vaguely if thats plausible.

Hmm, well I do disagree, But I'll respect your opinion.

Luke fought against Darth Vader and was doing pretty well against him. ROTJ or ESB Darth Vader is basically Dooku's level and Luke did well against him, even though he lost. Dooku pawned Anakin and toyed around with him with little effort. Luke put a better fight against Vader and Vader (even though he doesn't kid around) was having slight difficulty.

Therefore ROTJ Luke Skywalker > AOTC Anakin

He:
Beat Vader (regardless of Vaders intentions, it's more than we can say for Anakin).
Had Boba Fett in a position where he could have killed him.
Beat a crapload of mercs on Jabbas sail barge.
Lifted and moved Threepio using the force in a chair for an extended period of time with no hand gestures or strain.
Easily subdued two Gammorean guards via force chokes.
