It cannot. The second law of thermodynamics says precisely that entropy cannot be reversed. The only way will be travelling back in time, what is also impossible. But entropy can be locally decreased in a limited region of the space by sending the entropy inside it to another region outside(and consequently increasing the entropy outside) but the total entropy must increase or be constant.
Of course we don´t know everything yet, and probably things will change in the future. Specially in thermodynamics, there are many different types of thermodynamics. Its something very volatile.
