When it comes down to just fist to fist, you need a team of people.

As for with the proper powerset, anyone with a good level of flight and energy projections should be able to stop him.

Flight is not enough, you're gonna need superspeed. Also, you're gonna need energy projection that supercedes his strength and durability(no matter how high they are that moment), otherwise you won't succeed.

There are certain people who can do that, though, not counting the cosmics.
