Sinestro, imo. He's actually in control. If Nero could excert some control and still be as powerful as he's shown to be- then maybe he'd take the win, but as is I have to go with the guy who thinks rationally.

Sinestro, The only one whos ever really been able to take him is Hal. And that's only due to his amazing control and will.

Nero loses it and Sinestro goes in for the kill.

Nero's waaay cooler, but like how Kyle was defeated by Hal due to experience, i'm going with his senior counterpart. Bloated head = -1000 respect points.
