Herc is only as strong as Thor whereas Magni is much stronger. Herc is quite probably a far more skilled fighter than Magni, who has a fraction of his experience and training, but the vast gap in strength might be enough to compensate.

According to decades of Marvel comics (which has stated it outright) theyre absolute equals in physical strength. We do not know where Marvel stands regarding Magni's strength, but according to mythology (upon which these characters are largely based) Magni is far stronger than Thor.

we havent seen alot of Marvel take on Magni, i dont recall him being showed to be stronger than his father so chances are hes not stronger than Hercules either.
And even mythwise, being stronger than Thor doesnt equal being stronger than Heracles automatically. I for one think while Thor was more powerful and really strong, he wasent stronger than Heracles. But thats my take.
Heracles is a true immortal god in his immortal form. there is no one among the earth gods/pantheons that exceeds him in the power of strength, he is called the prince of power, his father, Zeus represents power and is the Lord of the Sky. Thor is very strong and exceeds most characters in marvel strength wise, but he is by no means a god of strength, his son Magni is. The most Magni can do is equal IMMORTAL Heracles in physical strength. Strength is not all that Heracles has, "Power" is what he is, it's what he has, immortal physical power that gives him immeasurable strength and resilency. He is not just some strong man or a normal human or mutant of impressive or high level strength. he's an olympian, an unearthly being, a godling as Galactus once said, who resides among men. IMMORTAL Heracles is essentially what 80's He-man was or is without the power sword. he-man was more than physical strength, he was physical power and so was called also a "prince of power".
