Still doesn't help, do they have a seconds warning? is Quasar standing around with no protective shielding up? is he flying?

If he doesn't have any of that then of course he would lose

If he does then he has a good chance at winning

How long does it take for him to make a construct (not very long I think) This is a tough one. Quasar is pretty tough with an almost limitless amount of energy. If he could make some obsicles too Flash and gain some time to get organized I think he could pull it off.

If Flash can easily break constructs then I think I would give Flash 7/3
