Annihilus vs Thor

This may be a bit early, but I would like an opinion on this.

Current Annihilus. Standard Thor, no power-ups. No prep for either.

Current Annihilus would ANNIHILATE (horrible pun) Thor. Classic Annihilus would lose, but put up a good fight.

Horrible puns are accepted here. 😛

Sorry for the double post, but I forgot to add something.

Annihilus does not get to wear the Quantum Bands, he just gets his Cosmic Control Rod for this fight.

So he would be at the strength he was just prior to killing Quasar.
