Superboy Prime supposedly kills Doomsday but because of his whole immunity thing, Doomsday wins after 3 hours of fighting SBP

Superboy takes it easily IMO.

Superboy Prime takes it after a very tough battle.

Is this current Doomsday

Or gog wars doomsday?

gog wars doomsday would last a while i dont know if he'd win gog was diffrent in that comic then in kingdom come.

But in the same series, it had them having to take Superboy through the red sun, just to do anything.

Superboy retcon punched DD into being a nice young man.
Bertran (his creator) instead creates new, exciting games for the PS3.

it depends on how much of his power he used in the attach that killed dd i guess, cuz if he killed him with a half power punch then dd strenght level would only evolve to or slightly past that level SBP imo 9/10 times retcon punch decider

Does SBP have greater reflexes than Superman or just equal?
If just equal then SBP dies 10/10 by HP DD sending a claw-send through his head before SBP can respond. If he has greater reflexes than Superman then SBP can win only due to BFR (But will be tough). Otherwise HP DD sends a claw-send through SBP's brain. Or HP DD just can simply evolve after each hit from SBP.

how is dd even close to sbp's leauge of power
