He's powerful but even if we cut out all the top tier cosmics and left it to skyfather and below, he still doesn't make the list.

Phantom Stranger is up there on my list simply because of the reaction of the entire DCU magical community. They assumed he could take Spectre and there's a reason for that.

And I'm referring to the current Ion, who hasn't done anything overly amazing yet.

SPB, ok, regarding his power that we know about, he has proven he can humiliate anyone including the GLC in combat(plus 1 for Superboy's death for putting up a decent fight), push planets around the galaxy, somehow immune to magic ("it tickles", he's basically PC Superman and that's all that needs to be said regarding his power.

Darkseid himself is not only freakishly powerful but he controls one of the most technilogicallly advanced planets in the galaxy. Tons of resources available to him other than his own strength.


Weakest? I think of him then as not having a human host means he wasn't holding anything back. And if he could kill him, he would of. But for some reason he couldn't.

The thing that put PC Superman over the top was his ability to pull random powers out of his ass. Superboy Prime doesn't have that luxury.
