If it's Cyborg Guardian he definetly wins the majority as he has shields that have blocked a nuclear explosion, killed Sasquatch with one blast, vastly superior speed, vastly superior intelligence and reflexes due to his computer mind which Forge and Jeffries working together struggled to keep up. He just has so much variety to his power, as he can even do a battle field removal.

Well technically there are to James Hudson as Guardian right now, one is the cyborg the other is pure human.

Cyborg Guardian easily wins the majority,

human Guardian doesn't have the computer speed or reflexes or complete control over the E-M spectrum or wormhole banishment, basically greatly weaker. However, when Heather donned the suit she has shown to access frequency's, but it just took longer to do it. The clone of Mac from vol.2 helped with the shield to block the nuclear explosion as well and Mac's shield has blocked blows from Wendigo, Colossus, Wonderman, and Sasquatch. I still give him the majority if he uses all of his abilities, just not as much as cyborg
